Welcome to Bhetwale. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products & Customization
Bhetwale offers personalized, customized, corporate gifting and other products.
Certain products may be manufactured or customized based on customer-provided information, artwork, logos, designs or specifications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for customization is accurate and complete.
Customer Approval
Where design previews, artwork proofs or digital mock-ups are provided, customer approval may be required before production.
Once an approved design enters production, changes may not be possible.
Bhetwale will not be responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork, spelling, names, dates, logos or other submitted information.
Intellectual Property & Customer Content
Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs or other content confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to use such content.
The customer agrees to indemnify Bhetwale against claims arising from unauthorized, unlawful or infringing content supplied by the customer.
Bhetwale reserves the right to refuse content that it reasonably believes may violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
Product Appearance
Product images are provided for illustration purposes.
Actual products may vary slightly due to:
- Screen and lighting differences
- Natural material variations
- Wood grain and texture
- Handmade finishing
- Manufacturing processes
Such reasonable variations shall not automatically constitute a defect.
Pricing
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description or typographical errors.
If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer before proceeding with the order, subject to applicable law.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Bhetwale reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect product information
- Payment issues
- Operational limitations
- Unavailable materials or products
- Violation of these Terms
Where payment has been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhetwale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
